Hello, I'm Yolanda Lowery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor in the state of Texas with over 11 years of experience. My specialties include, but are not limited to, the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorder, and ADHD. My theoretical approach in my practice includes cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused. I like to inspire others through their difficult moments, and also to act as a point of reflection to offer continued personal development for my clients.
