Have dedicated my life in accompanying people on their voyages of self-exploration to reach inner peace. Through interweaving traditional approaches with psycho-spiritual disciplines, the following theories and modalities serve as the foundation for my work: the Voice Dialogue Method, Quantum Physics theory, Hypnotherapy, Art, Movement, Dream Work and Energetics. In addition to being a psychotherapist for over 30 years, I am an author, poet, retreat leader & podcaster. At my office on Long Island, (wheelchair accessible) am offering Individual & Couples sessions. At my upstate Koumidou Retreat Center, am offering Private Individual & Couples retreats. The retreats are offered outdoors without a clock running.
