Every case is individualized. I focus on establishing a good, therapeutic working relationship. Once we both feel that I am the right fit for you, we work on identifying your problem area(s). Then on after it's about finding what bothers "YOU" and working to fix that or replace those thoughts with more positive ones.
I am a wife, daughter and mother of four beautiful children. Although no case is the same, I have personal knowledge of some of the difficulties attached to each one of those roles. My main goal is to offer you a space where you feel safe, comfortable and relaxed- a place where YOU can be YOU, freely, without judgement.
