My experience includes helping clients with various topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and communication issues, self-esteem, trauma, loss and grief. I provide a counseling environment free of judgment where clients are invited to openly discuss concerns and learn more about themselves in order to become empowered, gain insight and resolve past issues, while learning the skills necessary to create a fulfilling life.
My eclectic therapy approach is collaborative, integrative, insight-oriented and holistic. I earned a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. I am Board Certified through NBCC, a National Certified Counselor, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida.
I provide counseling services to all populations in a safe, supportive and respectful manner. Clients feel heard, understood, supported and empowered. The therapeutic approach used in sessions will be tailored to best fit what you are currently experiencing.
