Thank you for visiting my profile. I have over 25 years of experience in providing therapy and counseling services to adults, adolescents and families. In addition to my clinical experiences in private practice, I have conducted individual, group and family therapy to individuals with depression, anxiety, complex trauma and chronic health conditions. In recent years, I have been focusing on the impact of trauma, losses, life transitions, and providing guidance and coping skills for when life feels too overwhelming to manage. I hold the belief that everyone wants to be the best version of themselves.

I provide a safe and structured environment for you to be able to overcome life’s challenges and feel the self confidence needed to live a happy and healthy life.
