I offer depth-oriented, trauma-informed integrative therapy grounded in curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment. Using Brainspotting and somatic approaches, I help resolve trauma at the nervous-system level—moving beyond talk therapy so you can shift out of survival mode, thrive in daily life, and experience lasting, body-centered change.
