With over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, I help adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, burnout, and life transitions understand their nervous system, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience. My integrative approach-Yogology-blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and somatic practices to support lasting change.
My approach—Yogology—integrates evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and somatic awareness to help clients slow down, gain clarity, and respond to life with greater intention. I’m also a meditation teacher on Insight Timer and facilitate a monthly Mindful Awareness Sangha.

Groups
Mindful Awareness Sangha
The Mindful Awareness Sangha is a monthly mindfulness community for adults interested in developing greater awareness, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. “Sangha” refers to a supportive community of people practicing mindfulness together. Each gathering includes a brief teaching, guided mindfulness practice, and time for reflection or discussion. The goal is not to meditate perfectly, but to learn practical skills for relating to thoughts, emotions, and life challenges with greater clarity and steadiness. The group is open to both therapy clients and community members and is facilitated by a licensed psychologist and mindfulness teacher who integrates evidence-based psychology with mindfulness and somatic awareness.
