Trained and certified in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and CBT, I believe in the importance of learning the skills to help with nervous system regulation and mindfulness practices. As a Ketamine Assisted Therapist, I help prepare clients explore their inner world and integrate the insights they gained into their everyday lives.
I believe each person has deep inner healing wisdom and the capacity for growth without limitation. My goal is to empower and support clients in gaining awareness of ingrained patterns and behaviors which no longer serve them, and to help them release blocks in order to gain more freedom in their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
