Trained in Cognitive Behavioral and Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Collaborative Problem Solving. I integrate approaches that help explore influences of relationships, culture and social context.
My background, identity, and numerous challenging and enlightening personal and professional experiences fuel my passion for issues related to trauma, inter-sectionalism, access to care, diversity, and self development. I've worked within various levels of care e.g. residential, in-home, and outpatient which inform my comprehensive approach to therapy.
