I am a licensed mental health therapist with nearly a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents, adults, and families. I support clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and substance use. My approach is collaborative, and personalized, using CBT, Trauma-Focused, and Psychodynamic modalities.
