I offer virtual sessions in CA and in person sessions Saturday morning and Monday in San Diego, CA.
I use a holistic approach, tailored to uniqueness of each client with many different modalities from 20 years of professional experience. I utilize therapy worksheets, homework and even encourage communication and midweek check in between sessions.
I strongly believe we humans are resilient and creative. I believe in the client's inherent inner healing ability. No matter how big the issues or problems seem, the client and the therapist together can tackle them and move forward to the goal of a thriving life as they build a strong therapeutic alliance.
