I intend to make therapy more accessible, approachable, and relatable by meeting you where you are. Whatever you are experiencing, I want to listen and walk by your side. Together, we can untangle the mess of thoughts going on in your head and find a way to manage expectations and set healthy boundaries.

Whether you want tips on navigating life stressors or are ready to dive deep into your trauma, I’ll be there to listen and support you. I typically cater my approach on a case-by-case basis but expect to talk about your childhood and how different systems (like family dynamics) or lived experiences are affecting the present moment.
