My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, couples, families and adults experiencing: PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, behavioral issues, divorce, grief, and all types of trauma. I specialize in trauma, and have extensive training in TIR, an evidenced-based model for resolving trauma and EMDR training.
Certified Mental Health First Aid & Youth MHFA. I am also trained in Trauma focused CBT (TF-CBT). I am experienced in Mindfulness & Breath work and Energy Healing.I am a certified Trauma Incident Reduction Facilitator and Trainer.
