In each of my therapy sessions, I seek to give the right support for clients to talk about the things that really matter. I listen carefully and engage deeply so I can provide the feedback and reflection you need to find your path forward with more clarity and confidence. I use my knowledge and experience to help you connect the dots and realize you are not alone. I believe change comes in small steps and I'm here to support you and to celebrate every victory.
I have extensive experience working with adults who have experienced trauma around issues of self-esteem, relationships, conflict, racial identity and grief. I draw from a variety of theories including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems and my ongoing study of somatic strategies, and trauma reprocessing techniques.
My work with people of color and in-depth understanding of Asian American issues inform my culturally responsive approach and critical thinking around application of theories. I welcome exploration of spirituality. Connect with me on here or through my website to find out more!
