I will always greet a person with a friendly hello and state my name in the beginning of the conversation with a smile and a since of warmness, I will address the client by their last name, until I am told differently, I will give the client my full attention, I will ask what their needs are and what they would like to address, I will remain professional at all times My Goal is to be compassionate in all situations, to offer a listening ear, and offer a safe place, to process and heal from emotional stress. I specialize in mental health, addiction, anxiety, depression self-esteem and spiritual concerns.
in 2004 I had a few lives changing experiences, that caused me to want to give back to those who suffer from mental health disorder, as well as addiction. I am thankful that I was given the chance, to have good friends that lead me to becoming, a therapist and help me developed a strong since of self.
I believe when setting goals with client, goals are agreed upon, and achievable. The client and therapist create a plan of action, keep track of what has been accomplished, track those things that the client does not want to repeat, identify things that are holding them back and things that inspire the client.
