Hello! My name is Yesica Valenton, and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a genuine passion for helping people improve their mental health and find healing. My approach is client-centered, solution-focused, systems therapy, psychodynamic, and attachment therapy. In my practice, I integrate my Catholic-Christian worldview and provide pastoral counseling. I strive to create a compassionate and safe environment for all of my patients. My goal is to create a holding space for my patients to feel comfortable, valued, and respected.
I aim to build a collaborative relationship with my patients. I am passionate about helping and working with families, individuals, couples, parents, and children. As a therapist, my focus is to provide therapeutic support by addressing the person’s emotional/relational well-being while integrating science, faith, profession, and practice.
