About
Are you looking for therapy services for the first time? Or do you have experience with therapy and looking to continue your journey? While I understand therapy can be a difficult journey, I also believe it to be an insightful conversation. Part of my goal is to assist people with understanding the root causes of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy can also simply be a space to explore thoughts surrounding the difficulties of life. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I can help people understand how life’s difficulties can sometimes be traced to relational patterns.
I have experience helping people navigate through the difficulties of depression, anxiety, relational/family conflict, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress management. My goal is to assist people in exploring and navigating their problems while highlighting and utilizing their individual strengths.
I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
