Psychoanalytic psychotherapy facilitates healing through a therapeutic relationship that is safe, trusting, and collaborative. This is crucial for those of us who have experienced hardship, and struggle to live fully and authentically. Together, we will examine the sources of harm— from your immediate family system to your broader social environment— that have kept you from deeper feeling and connection. When we encounter thoughts or beliefs that feel rigid, we will examine these patterns with great care.
The therapeutic space is one in which you can speak freely, without fear of judgment. Together, we will identify and give meaning to experiences that have affected you, even those that lie outside your immediate awareness.
I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and suicidal ideation. I am accepting new patients, and am able to meet at a frequency of 1-3x per week.
