English
| español My passion and heart goes to working with adults and children who may identify as first-generation, BIPOC, Neurodivergent and of any cultural background. I primarily use Client-Centered Approaches, Expressive Arts, Prescriptive Play Therapy, and AutPlay Informed Play Therapy to help cope with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, school challenges, life challenges, and assimilation. I have experience working with individuals and families of all cultural backgrounds by implementing positive parenting practices, developing collaborative problem-solving skills, and strengthening attachment at all ages.
As a culturally sensitive therapist, my goal is to work collaboratively with you as you are an expert in your life, your child, and/or your experience. I work hard to combine your knowledge and my knowledge in child development, relationships, attachment, trauma, and mental health to work together.
I am here to provide an open and safe space for you and/or your child to fully express yourselves and feel unconditional regard.
