My path to becoming a therapist is deeply shaped by my lived experience as a first-generation Latine daughter of immigrants and a neurodivergent human. I didn’t choose trauma work, I kind of fell into it. Much of my journey has been about becoming the person I needed when I was younger, and now I get to offer that same care, presence, and safety to others.
My approach to therapy is deeply client-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body, and nervous system. I believe healing happens through relationship, safety, and attunement. I integrate modalities such as EMDR, expressive and somatic practices, parts-based work, and decolonized framework.
Therapy with me begins with a 15–20 minute free consultation to feel each other out;no pressure, just a chance to see if it feels aligned. From there, we’ll co-create a treatment plan that fits your life and your pace. Progress can look like more moments of calm, less internal chaos, and a growing sense of self-trust. Healing doesn't mean perfection.
