| español I support couples in moving from disconnection to connection. I work with couples who lack emotional intimacy, have recurring conflicts, no physical affection, have communication issues, and feel frustrated. My treatment approach is through a blend of Energy Psychology, Imago Relationship, and Somatic Therapy. My goal is to turn negativity and conflict into opportunities for growth and healing. I assist couples in understanding their early childhood attachment and how it currently affects them, communicate with compassion, react to conflict with curiosity rather than judgment, and learn to rekindle the passion.
I believe in integrating the Mind, Body, and Spirit for balance and wholeness. By connecting these areas of ourselves, we can feel a lasting change, more profound healing, and a higher level of awareness. I work with individuals who are feeling anxious and disconnected from themselves due to family and societal expectations.
