I work with women who are dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are used to being strong for others, but feel emotionally drained or stuck. Therapy offers a space to slow down, process your thoughts and emotions, and begin to feel more in control and at peace
My approach is warm, practical, and down-to-earth. I use evidence-based therapy while also integrating faith in a way that feels natural and meaningful to you. Whether you want to incorporate prayer, scripture, or simply keep your faith as a foundation, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
