My goal is to provide equitable mental health care to Latino/a/e, immigrant, First-generation, and BIPOC communities across Texas. Rooted in education, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, I empower individuals to heal their inner child, address generational trauma, and embrace personal growth. As a women’s rights advocate, I support clients navigating reproductive health and access to abortion with compassion and understanding.
I provide in-person and virtual bilingual therapy for children, teens, and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, family & cultural challenges, inner child work, and personal growth. Using EMDR, DBT, CBT, Sand Tray, & Person-Centered/Solution-Focused approaches to create a trauma-informed, empathetic space for healing, empowerment and meaningful change.
