I'm happy you're here! I’m a bilingual Spanish speaking therapist who has experience working with children, adults, and couples. I believe in creating a safe environment where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and stressors. I specialize in trauma-informed and OCD-informed therapy, supporting individuals whose nervous systems have been shaped by overwhelming experiences and relentless intrusive thoughts. I understand how trauma can leave you feeling disconnected or constantly on edge, and how OCD can make it hard to trust your own mind.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and intentional. I don’t believe you are broken or need fixing. I believe clarity, calm, and self-trust are possible when therapy moves at a pace that honors your experience.

My journey began with taking one counseling class in community college and that's when I realized I wanted to be able to support others through their hardest moments while also being there to cheer them on in their happiest moments.
