I am Gottman Level 1 certified and my work consists of healing from infidelity, strengthening intimacy, and processing past trauma and experiences that continue to impact all orientations of relationship dynamics and functioning. The goal is to rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect physically and emotionally in a long lasting relationship.
