At Yes to You Counseling, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for teens (ages 16+) and adults who are ready to invest in their mental and emotional well-being. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and work/life balance using a blend of person-centered, CBT, Reality Therapy, and strengths-based approaches.
