When a person becomes a parent many things from their own childhood may make their way to the surface of the mind. How does that impact their thoughts, beliefs, and approach to pregnancy and parenting? Let's explore together.
In addition to parents, I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma. The approach is the same: exploring the past to better understand how it has manifested today. We then create a plan to cope and be more present within the body, mind, and spirit.
