If you feel unsure how to navigate the disorienting wilderness of your relationships, I'm here. My ideal clients are curious and motivated, knowing they can do hard things. They often come seeking help with intimacy, betrayal recovery, communication, sexuality, or loss. While each comes to therapy with unique identities, values, sufferings, and desires - all have the capacity to experience a more joyful life. We set goals together and I help draw on people's strengths to address the issues that concern them most.
I am warm, non-judgmental and supportive while also clear-sighted and analytic. I enjoy diversity and draw from different modalities, including the Gottman method, internal family systems theory, and mind-body approaches. I am currently working toward becoming a licensed sex therapist and sex educator.
In addition to my psychotherapy practice, have extensive experience coaching leaders. I have mediated parenting plan disputes, led critical incident responses, facilitated trainings, and served on the boards of non-profit organizations. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience fulfilling relationships and a meaningful life.
