Hello! My name is Yelitza Cruz-Cubano (CC). I am a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am currently working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) under the supervision of James Carroll. As an Army brat and Air Force veteran I had the opportunity to travel and get to know different cultures, places and people. I started a new journey in the beautiful Saint Louis area and decided to pursue counseling with the desire to continue serving my community through enriching and uplifting others.
I mainly work with children and families but also enjoy assisting couples and individuals in learning about themselves, their strengths and weakness while remaining true to who they are and want to be.
I believe every human being is capable of finding their own light through exploration of the self in a safe, collaborative and engaging space with an authentic person centered therapeutic relationship that encourages them to be a better version of themselves.
