In my practice, I strive to maintain a safe and creative space where you can identify and build upon strengths. I am an empathetic and knowledgeable psychotherapist, who has been practicing for over 15 years. I work with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds to help them achieve greater satisfaction and fulfillment in relationships and work. Throughout my career I have worked successfully with men and women who experiences issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, difficult relationships and immigration conflict. My training and clinical experience will allow us to work together to understand and address your concerns and distress.
My approach is interpersonal, collaborative and non-judgmental. I guide individuals to address problematic thinking & patterns of behavior that are holding them back. I help clients to work towards alleviating their symptoms, while also helping them to take a more intimate look to what is contributing to their struggle, so that lasting change is possible.
I specialize in helping individuals and families struggling with bi-cultural experiences and facing inter-generational conflict. I provide cross-cultural psychotherapy to 1st and 2nd generation immigrants. I strive to remain sensitive issue of diversity along with cultural differences.
