I am offering tele-therapy through video and/or phone . I offer supportive / transformative psychotherapy for a variety of issues and concerns including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, family and marriage relationships, including sexual and intimacy issues in relationship. I assist clients in finding happier and healthier ways of being in their lives, help them to enhance communication skills; promoting positive and lasting change.
I use collaborative goal-oriented approach, providing empathy and compassion, using interventions from a variety of theories helping clients to identify their own strengths and potential to best achieve their personal goals and growth. My style is warm, empathic, interactive and respectful of each person's values and choices.
My orientation is cognitive,eclectic,psychodynamic.
I teach my clients mindfulness breathing and relaxation skills. I use guided imagery techniques, hypnotherapy, and other tools as appropriate. I have evenings and weekends available.
