Groups
Weekly Psychodrama Groups
Participants sign up for an 8-week cycle and can choose between a Tuesday morning or evening group for women, or a Sunday morning group for men. These groups run for 2 or 4 hours depending on the group. The benefits of psychodrama include improved communication and interpersonal skills, increased self-awareness and self-esteem, working on past traumas and the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Psychodrama can also help individuals to find new solutions to problems and overcome personal challenges.
