Yassi is passionate about helping clients reclaim their lives from the grips of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), dissociation, and deeply rooted trauma. By weaving somatic interventions with Eastern music and dance, she helps clients reconnect with their bodies. As an EMDR Certified & Approved Consultant, Yassi integrates EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) - Level 1 & 2 trained, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (L1) Structural Dissociation & Ego State Therapy, and Mindfulness-Oriented (MORE). This comprehensive approach allows her to customize treatment, addressing the unique needs of each client for deeper healing.
