Hi there! I’m an Art Therapist working with adults facing challenges with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, caregiver burnout, relationship issues and more. My practice blends traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and the expressive arts to support and empower my clients. I use a gentle and authentic approach to therapy, and believe in meeting each person where they are. As a queer therapist, I am proud to serve and celebrate my LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe we're all inherently creative by nature, but the demands of life don't leave much space for us to nurture this part of ourselves. With art therapy, we can give ourselves permission to be creative, and connect with that inner wisdom, learning again how to play, explore, and find new and helpful perspectives.
It’s a privilege to do this work, and I truly value the energy it takes to bring yourself to therapy. This is why it’s so important to me that I create a space that’s safe and welcoming, allowing you to come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, and heard.
I'm looking forward to connecting.
