I’m an EMDR therapist working with individuals and couples focused on aligning your values and needs to reach your goals. I provide distress tolerance, mindfulness and coping skills using CBT, ACT and motivational interviewing interventions. Allowing clients to take a moment focusing on themselves and gain insight into the root cause of your stress.
