helping them grow stronger and more flexible over time. I’m here to support you in building the life you want, always taking care to move at the speed of trust. Through my work in various settings, what I’ve learned is that healing happens through genuine
connection — between you and me, between you and yourself, and in your community. I focus on collaboration and creating space for honest, sometimes challenging conversations, always with the respect and care you deserve. (I am not the kind of therapist who just listens and nods.)
My therapy style uses a mix of clinical approaches, including EMDR, IFS, ACT, attachment theory, polyvagal work, somatic techniques, mindfulness, existential ideas, and the occasional nature-based metaphor. These help create a space where safety and challenge meet, so you can really explore (and heal) the parts of yourself affected by negative experiences.
I specialize in working with clients facing complex challenges including anxiety, identity-work, relationship issues, life transitions and addiction. In our work, you can expect to be held in a genuinely nonjudgmental, safe space where challenge and collaboration are one in the same.
