I help clients ( from kids to adults) who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in self-doubt learn tools to feel calmer, more confident, and more emotionally steady. Many of my clients reach out for support with anxiety, depression, and stress. Healing isn’t just about reducing pain; it’s about rediscovering joy. Even in difficult seasons, growth is happening. They feel that always “on,” always worrying, always trying to keep it together. I'm a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) who approaches counseling with creative tools. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based practices and integrate tools from art therapy, yoga, positive psychology, and goal-setting techniques to support healing of the mind and body. I also specialize in helping clients build emotional regulation skills and improve self-awareness, confidence, and relationships.

I'm part of the team at Santos Counseling and I am in-network with Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Cigna, Medcost, Meritain Health, and Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA).
