Hi, I’m Yasmin - I believe healing begins when we finally listen to the parts of ourselves we’ve had to silence to survive. I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults; who feel the world a little too intensely, who mask to get through the day, or who have never quite fit into the spaces around them. My approach is gentle, affirming, and shaped around who YOU are rather than who you’ve been told to be. I also hold space for the perinatal journey—the joy, fear, identity shifts, grief, and unexpected emotions that come with pregnancy and postpartum. You deserve a place where every part of that experience is allowed to exist.
I help adults move through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s tender transitions using CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic work, and attachment focused care. Together, we ease the weight of old experiences so you can breathe more freely in the present.
