I am so proud of you for being here! While I enjoy working with all individuals, some of my specialities include working with those that are a part of the BIPOC community and LGBTQIA+ community as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, quarter-life/mid-life crises, trauma, racial identity crises, and women’s issues. I also work with couples, including those in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships in a judgment-free space. I will work with you to ensure that you feel heard, safe and motivated while exploring emotions in session.
I take a client-centered approach to therapy and realize that individuals should be a part of their own therapeutic journey. I utilize modalities from a relational approach, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Mindfulness and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy).
