I work with teens and young adults who are navigating trauma, grief, PTSD, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, lonely, or unsure where they fit as they move through breakups, loss, peer stress, cultural family conflict, intense career stress, or aging out of foster care. I help clients build support, process painful experiences, and feel more grounded in who they are. I also have the experience in providing clinical supervision to interns. The service I offer is not for clinical supervision for licensure but rather providing your own mental health support as you continue to help your clients.
Together, we focus on insight, coping skills, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. I help teens and young adults work through trauma, loss, self-esteem struggles, family stress, and the pressure that can come with growing up and figuring out what comes next. My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed.
