Welcome! At some point in life, everyone experiences something that is incredibly difficult to process and cope with. As a society, we often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated in our everyday lives. My greatest joy in being a therapist is helping others find peace and comfort in the chaos that our world brings us. The relationship I strive to have with the people that I serve is based on trust, unconditional positive regard, and mutual respect. I work with people in addressing a variety of issues/challenges including anxiety and depression management, grief, trauma, life transitions, women's issues, and relationship issues.
I use an attachment-based, person-centered approach with my clients to walk alongside them during treatment. I use a variety of therapy methods, including EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients feel empowered, heal wounds, and connect their mind, body, and spirit.
It is important for everyone to have the opportunity to be themselves without fear of judgment, shame, or criticism. As humans, we yearn to feel seen and heard. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space that allows people the opportunity to be open and honest about their thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. You are welcome here.
