At some point in life, everyone experiences something that is incredibly difficult to process and cope with. As a society, we often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated in our everyday lives. My greatest joy in being a therapist is helping others find peace and comfort despite the chaos that our world brings us. The relationship I strive to have with the people I serve is based on trust, unconditional positive regard, and mutual respect. I work with people in addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety/depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, women's issues, and relationship issues.
I use an attachment-based, person-centered approach with my clients to walk alongside them during treatment. I use a variety of therapy methods, including EMDR, DBT, parts work, and somatic interventions to help clients feel empowered, heal wounds, and connect their mind, body, and spirit.
It is important for everyone to have the opportunity to be themselves without fear of judgment, shame, or criticism. As humans, we yearn to feel seen and heard. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive space that allows people the opportunity to be open and honest about their thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. You are welcome here.
