I offer an empowering and supportive space, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Somatic (ACT) , and Mindfulness techniques. I support clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, bipolar disorder, minoritized groups, adjustment disorder, and self-harming behaviors to foster healing and growth.

Therapy is not about being "cured" or perfect; it's about mastering the skills to navigate the inevitable ups and downs. We can learn "how to dance in the storm, instead of waiting for the storm to pass." As a bilingual LCSW-S who has personally faced life's painful events, I offer guidance and support through a blend of clinical wisdom and genuine empathy.
