Nurturing the Nurturers (Mother's support group)

Open to all mothers to have a safe space to vent, process stressors, and receive emotional support. You will receive psychoeducation on mental health management and parenting, learn DBT skills for coping with daily challenges, emotional regulation and to build up psychological resilience, and learn ways to focus on your self-care, sexual health/intimacy, and self-identity beyond motherhood.

TraumaSlay (Trauma-Informed Yoga)

In a safe and judgement free space, those of you who have experienced trauma will learn how to connect with your bodies and take a journey towards mental/emotional healing and recovery and stress reduction/management. You will benefit from a variety of yoga poses that promotes body awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. No prior yoga experience is required, poses and movements will vary by client's physical abilities.
