I enjoy helping people make sense of what they are going through, build insight, and reconnect with their strengths.
During the first session, we focus on getting to know each other and understanding the reasons you are seeking therapy. We will address your current concerns, review key aspects of your history, and discuss what you hope to gain from therapy. You are welcome to ask questions and share at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
