I specialize in support to the Latinx/e community, athletes, and fitness-minded clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or past experiences that still show up in daily life. Whether it's pressure to perform, feeling disconnected from yourself, or carrying emotional weight that’s hard to shake, I work with you to process what’s beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, confident, and fully present.

I integrate EMDR, somatic, and narrative therapies by honoring ancestral wisdom and the mind-body connection. Together, we reclaim your story, restore balance, and build resilience—centering your culture, identity, and strength on the path to healing and empowerment.
