I am a bilingual, bicultural, indigenous Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with the Latinx/e community, athletes and fitness enthusiasts who are looking to enhance their well-being both mentally and physically. My approach focuses on improving motivation, managing stress, overcoming mental barriers, and fostering overall well-being, especially in relation to physical activity. Whether you're navigating the challenges of living in two cultures, struggling with performance anxiety, or facing exercise-related stress, I provide a safe and supportive environment for growth.

I am currently accepting new clients. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods including Somatic Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based perspective, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Narrative Therapy, all while integrating culturally sensitive approaches that resonate with the Latinx/e experience.

My goal is to create a space where every part of you—your heritage, experiences, and aspirations—is respected and nurtured.
