I work with families and individuals to improve connection and communication. I work with you to cope with depression, anxiety and overwhelm. I help people to develop skills to hear and connect to one another in enriching ways. I also work with couples and individuals adjusting to major life changes. I work with individuals to develop skills for coping with anger, anxiety, boundaries, trauma, and stress. As your therapist I will work with you in creating and sustaining your relational and emotional health. I am now forming a Men's Support group to work in community to promote men's overall wellness contact for more info.
I am a marriage and family therapist I work with couples and families by helping them practice effective communication, support, and stress coping skills.
