| עברית My approach is based on neuro-developmental, psychodynamic and Posiitve Psychology, with a strong focus on creativity and self-empowerment.
I like working with my clients using tools that work for them. With some we focus on mind-body techniques (such as breathing exercises), with some I use workbooks and homework assignments, and with some I just talk and listen.
I incorporate in treatment mind-body approaches inspired by Aikido, Mindfulness, Yoga and Chi-gong. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew and I work with many culturally diverse clients, including LGBTQ, the Military community and immigrants from all backgrounds.
