I am a registered mental health counselor intern, offering online counseling to adults in the state of Florida. As a trauma-informed and EMDR trained therapist, I have experience working with a wide variety of women experiencing symptoms related to betrayal trauma, childhood trauma, codependency, PTSD, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, and parenting.
I am passionate about taking an integrated and holistic approach; I believe in seeing the whole person, as well as having a more personal approach. This approach integrates ideas from a variety of theories that promote greater understanding and mindfulness with clients.
