Being a human in an endless world of possibilities can be hard to navigate, but not impossible. I was born in Mexico and raised in the United States, and I know first-hand how hard navigating the world can be. Having worked with individuals there is beauty in complexity. We are made of different parts and one thing or one experience does not define who YOU are. I enjoy working in a collaborative form with individuals struggling around identity, personal/generational trauma, or other parts of their story. Every story is different and together we can explore your internal world and rediscover the “you” you are seeking.
My aim is to help identify and process unresolved pains through a systemic view, Internal Family System lens, and other methods to give us an opportunity to find wholeness. Unburdening pains can be hard work, but it is not always serious business—tears, laughter, sense of humor, all of you is welcomed!
