My goal is to create a warm, grounded space where you can explore what’s happening without judgment. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you reconnect with your strengths, process what’s been heavy, and move forward with more clarity and ease. Together, we’ll focus on self compassion, healing, and growth. Therapy isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about helping you feel more like yourself.
My eclectic approach blends trauma-informed, evidence-based methods such as ACT, CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy, which is always tailored to your needs. I integrate multicultural sensitivity and value how social location shapes our experience. I currently offer therapy to clients in Pennsylvania.
Unlearning old habits can feel daunting, so I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore your authentic self. I hold an LAPC and provide psychotherapy under the supervision of Rikki Ford, LPC, MFT, and Beth McNamara, LPC.
